Open Question: short line bus:"Go Anytime"?

My friend and i are planning on travelling from Binghamton,NY to NYC this coming Monday. We saw the Go Anytime option on the web page of short line bus. But it only asked for the outbound date, without the inbound. Does that mean we can get on the returning bus anytime on the schedule, on the day we want to come back?
