Resolved Question: AE Employees? Using your discount to buy gifts?

I work at AE, this is my second week (I worked at the same one last year from April to August though and am already a Denim Expert and a cashier. I was just wondering about how you go about using your discount to buy a gift for someone? For instance, my best friend goes to school in Syracuse, NY and we live in Binghamton but her birthday is like a week and a half after she leaves and before we started college we would celebrate our birthdays every year on the actual date (gifts, going out to dinner with all our friends, etc) but I won't be able to see her until a month later and I want to get her something from work. She LOVES jeggings and I want to get her a pair or two from work to give to her but I'm a little conscious that my managers are going to accuse me of letting my friends use my discount but I'm actually paying the money out of my pocket with no reimbursement.
